These Terms of Service govern your use of the GroundStill website and your purchase of products from GroundStill. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and purchase limits may change without notice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after GroundStill confirms it and payment is successfully processed. We may reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. We will use the contact information supplied with the order to notify you.

4. Prices, discounts, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges are shown before you complete the order. Promotions and bundle discounts may have separate eligibility rules. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the final amount displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery dates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, social, and analytics providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. GroundStill is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.

10. Shopify

GroundStill is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services. Purchases are made directly from GroundStill, not from Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of GroundStill products.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process information as the provider of the ecommerce platform.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. GroundStill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss to the extent such liability may lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GroundStill’s principal place of business, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.
