Return and Refund Policy

At LoveMyLegsAgain, we want you to feel confident about your Finally Fit™ leggings. Below are the conditions for standard returns and our separate 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Standard Returns — 14 Days

We accept standard return requests within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, your leggings must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

The unused and unworn requirement applies to standard returns, not to eligible returns under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email contact@lovemylegsagain.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return.

Returns must be approved before they are sent. If your return is accepted, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your leggings back before receiving our return instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your leggings are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact contact@lovemylegsagain.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

The minimum 30-day wear requirement does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to request a return.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item under the applicable return conditions and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the size or color you need.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order cannot be canceled, you may still request a return after delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee gives you the opportunity to wear and test your Finally Fit™ leggings as part of your everyday routine.

This guarantee is separate from our standard 14-day return policy and allows reasonable wear from normal use during the trial.

Trial Period and Minimum Wear Requirement

Your 90-day trial begins on the date your leggings are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must have worn and tested your leggings on at least 30 days during the 90-day trial period. These days do not need to be consecutive.

If you are not satisfied after meeting this minimum wear requirement, you may contact us to request a return under the guarantee. You do not need to wait until the end of the 90-day trial to submit your request.

Requests submitted before meeting the minimum 30-day wear requirement are not eligible under this guarantee. This does not prevent you from requesting a standard return within the applicable 14-day period or reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Request Deadline

You may submit your guarantee return request once you have met the minimum wear requirement. Requests must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after the end of your 90-day trial period.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Your leggings must have been purchased directly from lovemylegsagain.com.
• You must have worn and tested your leggings on at least 30 days within the 90-day trial period.
• Your return request must be submitted within the request window stated above.
• You must provide your original order number and proof of purchase.
• Your leggings must have been worn, washed, and cared for according to the care label and any instructions supplied with the product.
• Your leggings must be returned in good condition. Reasonable wear resulting from normal use during the trial is permitted.
• Leggings damaged through misuse, improper washing or care, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible under this guarantee.

Return Shipping Under the Guarantee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, unless the item received was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

How to Request a Guarantee Return

Once you have met the minimum 30-day wear requirement, email contact@lovemylegsagain.com within the applicable return-request window.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• The email address used to place the order.
• The item or items you wish to return.

Our customer support team will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Do not send your leggings back before contacting us and receiving return approval.

For self-arranged returns under this guarantee, please use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of shipment. LoveMyLegsAgain is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Guarantee Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned leggings, we will inspect them to confirm that they meet the guarantee’s eligibility requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
